【摘要】 目的 :研究妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤 (GTT)中 PCNA的表达意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法检测了1 0例正常早期绒毛 (NP)、1 0例完全性葡萄胎 (CM)、2 0例侵袭性葡萄胎 (IM)、1 9例绒癌 (CCA)中 PC-NA的表达。结果 :PCNA在 NP、CM、IM和 CCA中表达率分别为 1 0 .4 0 %、 2 0 .76 %、 5 3.6 0 %、5 1 .95 % ,各组间差异有统计学意义。结论 :恶性 GTT中细胞增殖活性增高 ,PCNA的检测有助于良恶性 GTT的鉴别更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the features of PCNA in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods:PCNA were detected Immunohistochemically in paraffin-embedded tissue of 10 cases of normal placenta(NP), 10 cases of complete hydatidiform mole (CM), 20 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole (IM) and 19 cases of choriocarcinoma(CCA). Results:In NP, CM, IM and CCA, the PCNA index(PI) were 10.40%, 20.76%, 53.60% and 51.95% respectively with significant differences among them. Conclusions:The process of GTT is associated with trophoblastic cell overproliferation. PCNA is helpful to distinguish of IM and CCA from CM.更多还原
