【摘要】 车门外板是汽车覆盖件中极为重要的部件之一,是车身上的活动部件,对其刚性及表面质量要求很高;它是典型的具有复杂型面的大型板料冲压件。根据CA6350车型门外板的冲压工艺的制定过程,找出车门外板类冲压件成形的共性,分析车门外板类覆盖件的成形方法及冲压成形常见缺陷的解决措施,为类似零件的成形工艺的制定探索了一条行之有效的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The auto doors outboard is the most important one of the auto body panels.It is the moving parts of the auto body.The requirements of the rigidity and surface quality are very high.It is the bigplate stamping parts with typical and complicate modular surface.The general character is found about the stamping parts of the auto doors outboard.The process is based on the stamping process of CA6350 auto doors outboard is worked out.The forming method of auto doors outboard panels and overcoming a measure of the forming with common shortcoming are analyzed.It explores an effective way for the forming process worked out of similar parts.更多还原
