【Abstract】 The rapid regeneration of carnation was developed through culture of aseptic stem segments in vitro.The best medium for callus induction and shoot differentiation was 1/2MS+BA1mg/L+2,4-D0.4mg/L Proliferation medium of shoots was MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L Induction of root was better in medium of 1/2MS+IAA0.2mg/L.Ashes from a stove were a good transplanting medium.更多还原
