百分之五的回忆——教育传统与发展(上)
Reminiscences of the Five Years in the Centenary History——Education Tradition and Development(1st half)
【摘要】 用生动的实例展示了学校优良的教育传统:颂扬了不畏牺牲的革命精神;主张以人为本,学生是主体,教师是主导,相互学习,鼓励交流,还学生主动权的管理工作;倡导严谨治学,实事求是,反对死抠书本;强调重视实践教学。指出我国学生的弱点是创新思维和创造能力不足,团队精神不强;提出专业是载体,改行是正常现象,教育的重要功能是培育学生怎样做人、做事、做学问的观点;陈述了高职教育的不可或缺性;介绍了外国招生方法;给出了本科生的全新定义。
【Abstract】 With nostalgic examples,the author recollects the excellent education tradition,praises the revolutionary or devoted spirit of the students and faculties of the centennial school.An education emphasizing the ability of study from practice as well as from textbooks is emphasized.The main-body or perceptive master status of students is advocated,with the teachers playing the role of guides for learning.The lack of ability of innovation and creation and the lack of team spirit among the students,even among faculties,could be reduced at least partly,in engineering or technological researches or daily practices.
