论巩固党的执政地位
On Strengthening the Party’s Administrative Power
【摘要】 巩固党的执政地位是一个重大的时代政治课题 ;党的执政资格系于党的先进性 ;与时俱进践行“三个代表” ,才能不断巩固党的执政地位。
【Abstract】 To streathen the Party’s administrative Power is of great political significance in our times.The Party’s administrative power and qualification come from her progerssiveness.In order to enhance the Party’s administrative power we have to persistently practise the three representatives’.
