【Abstract】 Since the establishment of the Sino - American diplomatic relation, the relations between China and America have developed along the locus of the unity of advancement and tortuosity, which is, fundamentally speaking, the result of the identity and contradiction of two countries’ interests. The key factor for the advancement is the rapid development of and great potential in their economic and trade relation.
