【摘要】 当前我国商业银行信息披露制度存在着设计缺陷,不能有效防范金融风险,不利于银行金融机构商业化、市场化。在分析信息披露机制设计及其政府干预的必要性基础上,运用博弈论基本原理,分析商业银行信息披露中的委托代理关系,构造商业银行信息披露的博弈模型。研究表明,商业银行信息披露制度的构建,必须完善信息披露制度制定的协调机制,逐步达成信息披露博弈的纳什均衡,确保信息披露制度的适应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, some defects are existent when information release mechanism of commercial bank was construct in our country, which is bad to keep away the risk of banking, perfect the rnarket economic system and strengthen the market restriction of banking. On the basis of an-alyzing the significance of information release mechanism design and government interference, the paper, based on game theory, studies on rela-tionship of client-agent and game-theoretical modei of information release in commercial bank. It is concluded, in order to insure applicability of information release mechanism, that it is essential to perfect harmony mechanism and work up to Nash equilibrium to construct information release mechanism of commercial bank.更多还原
