一种新型抗紫外粉化颜料——钛改性硅灰石及其在PVA涂料中的应用
A NEW ANTI-ULTRAVIOLET AND ABRASION PIGMENT——TITANIUM-MODIFIED WOLLASTONITE AND ITS APPLICATION IN PVA COATING
【摘要】 钛白粉为优良而昂贵的白色颜料 ,但易于在紫外光照下使涂料粉化。采用经钛溶胶表面改性的硅灰石超细粉 ,替代 PVA涂料配方中的钛白粉 ,对不同配方试样的涂膜性能测试表明 ,钛改性硅灰石的加入使涂层遮盖力稍有下降 ,但涂层的抗紫外粉化和抗湿擦能力显著提高。
【Abstract】 Titanium white is an excellent and expensive pigment, but usually effloresces under the ultraviolet light. The wollastonite pigment, which is ultra fined and modified in advance, was used in PVA coating. Tests of the properties of coatings with different formulas shows that the coverage of Ti modified wollastonite coating decreases slightly, but their other properties, such as anti ultraviolet ray and anti abrasion, increase greatly.
