【Abstract】 Non-surfactant Tween 80 was examined as corrosion inhibitor for steel in three inorganic acid solutions (HCl, H 2SO 4, H 3PO 4) by weight-loss method. The remarkable corrosion inhibition of Tween 80 for steel was found in three inorganic acid solutions (HCl, H 2SO 4, H 3PO 4) for mild steel. The reason of producing inhibition effect was discussed in the light of Langmuir adsorption theory. The percentage inhibition efficiency (P) of Tween 80 is also compared between the three acid solutions.更多还原
