循环伏安法在铅酸蓄电池中的应用
Application of cyclic voltammetry technique in lead-acid batteries
【摘要】 给出循环伏安法的基本原理,即一个由氧化还原电极对组成的体系,若对它施加一个随时间作线性函数变化的电势,当高于该体系的平衡电势时,就产生氧化电流响应;当低于平衡电势时就产生还原电流响应。由于反应物质扩散缓慢,供不上反应的需要,或产物积叠,于是分别形成氧化和还原的电流峰及其对应的峰电势。阳极峰电流、阴极峰电流及阴阳极峰电势之间存在某种关系,利用这些关系及它们与扫描速度之间的关系,可以揭示出电极反应机理的信息。文中给出4个应用例子:1)正极板栅合金:纯Pb;Pb Sb;Pb Sn;2)负极添加剂的评估;3)正极添加剂的评估;4)前置的化学反应机理。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the fundamental principle of cyclic voltammetry technique.Consider a system comprised of a reversible redox couple and the electrode is imposed upon a potential which varies at a finite rate as a linear function of time.When the applied potential is higher than the balanced potential of the system,the current of anodic response is produced;on the contrary,the current of cathodic response is formed.Due to slow diffusion and accumulation of reactants the current peaks of redox and their corresponding peak potentials are formed respectively.Obviously,there exists a certain relationship among anodic and cathodic peak current as well as their peak potentials,and thus the information about electrode reaction mechanism can be deduced from the realtionship and their related scanning rates.Four examples are given as follows:1)positive grid alloys:pure lead,PbSb,PbSn;2)evaluation of negative additives;3)evaluation of positive additives;4)chemical reaction preceded charge transfer
