微波放大器R_n-G_n噪声模型阻抗变换测量方法
Study of impendence turner method on R_n-G_n noise model of microwave amplifier’s precision measurement
【摘要】 为了使接收微波放大器在工作频段上具有较小的噪声,讨论了如何使用M-Lane方法,结合自行研制的精密阻抗变换器,得到微波放大器Rn-Gn噪声模型中包括最小噪声系数Fmin在内的4个参数,使设计的放大器工作在匹配状态,Fmin可达到2.32dB,测量时间也大大缩短,结果稳定,为进行微波放大器低噪声设计提供了一个快速准确的方法。
【Abstract】 Microwave amplifiers are very important in satellite communication, wireless communication and some other fields. It is inevitable that signal power would be reduced by the noises and would be very weak at the terminals. The microwave amplifiers on the sinking side should be low noise.How to use the M\|Lane’s method, get the four parameters including the Fmin in the R\-n\|G\-n noise model with a precision source\|impendence tuner manufactured by us,and reach 2\^32 dB Fmin are discussed.More measurement time will be saved and the results of measurement are stable.It provides a quick and precise method for noise design of the microwave amplifiers.
