【摘要】 我国的市场经济建设已进入了新的阶段,然而诚信的缺失、腐败的存在、各级政府职能的错位和地方保护主义等导致的市场秩序混乱,已经严重阻碍了我国经济建设的步伐。我国应从加快诚信体系的建立;减少政府管制范围,加大打击惩罚力度;放开手脚,还市场自由竞争的空间;理顺中央与地方的关系,消除地方保护主义等几个方面着手,整顿和规范市场秩序,从而为加快经济建设打下坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of our market economy has entered a new perio d ,but the loss of honesty and credit,existence of corruption,dislocation of g overnment function at all levels and local protectionism have caused disorder i n market order and have seriously hindered our economic construction.We shoul d strengthen and standardize market order from the following aspects:speeding u p the establishment of system of honesty and credit,reducing the controlling s cope of government,stengthen the dynamics of strike and punishment,giving spac e for free competition in market,sorting out the relationship between the cent ral government and local government and eliminating local protectionism,so th at we can lay a solid foundation for speeding up economic construction.更多还原
