【Abstract】 In the process of readjusting economic structure,there are different understandings towards the principles with both advance and retreat in the strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises.One of the opinions is″withdrawal of state-owned enterprises″or″withdrawal of the state-owned and the advance of the private-owned″,holding that state-owned enterprises,no matter good or bad,profitable or losing,should withdraw from the competitive field,giving way to privately-owned enterprises.In fact,state-owned enterprises should,like non-state-owned enterprises,advance if they are good and retreat if they are not good.更多还原
