【摘要】 发生在 2 0 0 3年春天的一场令人刻骨铭心的 SARS劫难 ,终于在金秋之初的北京平息下来。 SARS期间 ,中华民族的优秀品格被充分激发出来 ,我国知识分子保持高度的学术敏感和学术良知 ,从多学科角度积极地作出理论呼应。本刊编辑部结合这一主题邀请我院部分教师以学术笔谈的形式就 SARS引发的相关课题进行探索和反思 ,以期深刻认识 SARS过程的法治意义。危机过后 ,SARS留给我们的不应该仅仅是痛苦的回忆 ,还应该是一些有价值的学术反思。此为至望更多还原

【Abstract】 Breaking out in last spring and ending at last in the early autumn when it is bright in Beijing, the disastrous SARS will always be imprinted on Chinese people’s memory. During the outbreak of the epidemic disease, the excellent character of the Chinese people is fully displayed; and being academically sensitive and intuitively knowledgeable, Chinese intellectuals make relevant multi-subject comments. Focused on the topic of SARS, the editorial department invites some professors and associate professors from our teaching staff to a written discussion of review on some SARS-related issues with a view to having a thorough understanding of the significance of rule of law in the whole process of SARS. We sincerely hope that SARS will spur us into valuable academic review, not just leave us a mere painful recollection.更多还原
