水果运输包装在模拟振动实验中的加速度传递
Studies of the Transferred Acceleration of the Simulative Vibration of Transport Fruits
【摘要】 通过3自由度模拟振动试验,探寻水果卡车运输时包装箱振动的加速度传递,达到改善运输技术之目的。将5个分别盛装30个梨的塑料箱,叠放置于振动台上的金属角钢架内,振动台以0.05G的加速度,在2~30Hz频率范围内以每次增加2Hz的振动频率,进行3自由度往复正弦振动,测定塑料箱在各方向振动的加速度。结果表明,在一定振动频率范围内,越是上层塑料箱,其在各方向振动的加速度传递率越大;顶层塑料箱在左右、前后方向振动的加速度传递率远大于上下方向的。
【Abstract】 Through the simulative three variance vibration experiment, the transferred acceleration of the transferring vibration from the truck to the package box were studied in order to improve the technology of transport, five plastic boxes that packaged 30 pear were piled up in metals angle iron frame of a platform one by one, then the platform was performed the three variance to-and-fro sine vibration in the frequency rage of 2~30Hz on the acceleration of 0.1G and the vibration frequency was increased 2Hz per vibration. The vibration acceleration of the plastic box in five layers was measured respectively. The results showed: in a certain rage of vibration frequency, the upper the plastic box were, the bigger the transmission ratio of the acceleration vibrating in all directions were; the rate of vibration deliver of plastic boxes on the top in left-right and in front-back directions far larger than in up-down direction;
