全封热收缩包装收缩过程分析及质量控制要点

【摘要】 全封热收缩包装外观整洁精美 ,对全封热收缩过程进行了分析 ,全封热收缩过程可分为三个阶段 ,即膨胀、收缩、冷却。要保证良好的收缩质量 ,应使薄膜绐终在一定张力作用下收缩 ,阐述了张力收缩的概念 ,并归纳了质量控制的三个要点

【Abstract】 Something with whole seal packaging by heat contracting is very pretty on the appearance. This paper makes an analysis of heat contracting process of whole seal packaging. This process can be divided into three stage, that is expanding and contracting and cooling. In order to obtain a good quality, the contracting process of film must be going on under the tension condition. The concept of the contracting under the tension condition is presented and the three key points of quality controlled are summarized in this paper.
