印刷机械传动系统动力学一般模型的建立及其数值仿真
An Analysis on Dynamic Modeling and Numerical Simulation for Printing Equipment Transmission System
【摘要】 对一个典型的印机传动系统 ,用一种新的方法模拟扭转振动 ,估算了系统固有频率及主振型 ,并对振动响应和动力学载荷因子进行了预测。预测结果与实验测试结果完全一致。
【Abstract】 This prediction can be achieved through vibration modeling and rooling process simulation. A new method of simulating torsional vibration for the power transmission system of a typical printing equipment is described. System natural frequencies and mode shapes are evaluated. Vibration responses and dynamic load factors are predicted. Predicted performance field test results are consistent.
