爆炸成型弹丸药型罩研究
Study on the explosive formed projectile liners
【摘要】 为了提高反装甲武器的功效,在装药条件、几何尺寸相同的条件下,分别对以钨铜粉末冶金、紫铜和铜铝复合金属三种不同材料为药型罩的爆炸成型弹丸进行了破甲实验,得出以铜铝复合金属材料作为药型罩、且罩顶开通孔的爆炸成型弹丸的破甲能力可比以紫铜为药形罩的弹丸提高22%,并且形成的破片形状规则。
【Abstract】 Armorpiercing tests of three explosive formed projectile (EFP) shaped charges of the same shape and size were conducted under the same charging condition. Tungstencopper power alloys, copper and copperaluminum composite were used as the liner materials. With a body size hole on the top of the copperaluminum composite liner, the armorpiecing capability of the EFP shaped charge is 22% better than that of copper liner EFP. The fragments formed were regular.
