【摘要】 目的 :探讨后路经椎弓根系统和椎间融合治疗退变性脊柱侧弯的临床效果。方法 :总结 1997年 9月至2 0 0 2年 6月经手术治疗的 3 2例退变性脊柱侧弯的矫正效果、并发症和随访结果。结果 :全组病例术后平均侧弯矫正率为 4 7.9% ,疼痛缓解率 90 .6% ,假关节形成 1例 ,腔隙性脑梗塞 1例。平均随访 15个月 (6～ 5 7个月 ) ,随访期间矫正度数及椎间隙高度无丢失 ,融合器无移位。结论 :后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎间融合器是治疗退变性脊柱侧弯的一种安全有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical results of posterior pedicle screw system and interbody fusion in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis. Methods: From September 1997 to June 2002, 32 cases with degenerative scoliosis were analyzed for operative effect, postoperative complication and follow up results. Results: The average correcting ratio of scoliosis was 47.9%, and pain relief ratio 90.6% . There was one case of pseudoarthritis and one case of brain vessel embolism. After an average 15 month (6-57 months) follow up, there was no loss of correction and height of disc spaces and there was no shift of interbody cages. Conclusion: Posterior pedicle screw combined with interbody fusion is one of safe and effective treatments of degenerative scoliosis.更多还原
