通痹灵、雷公藤多甙及青藤碱对实验性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织病理影响的比较研究
Comparison Research of Pathological Effect of Tongbiling, Tripterygium WifordiiHook and Sinomenine on Synovial Tissue in Experimental Arthritis Rats
【摘要】 目的 :研究通痹灵、雷公藤多甙及青藤碱对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导性大鼠关节炎模型(CIA)滑膜组织病理的影响。方法 :滑膜组织常规脱水、包埋、制片、HE染色 ,观察炎性细胞浸润、纤维组织增生、滑膜细胞增生及巨噬样A型细胞增生情况。结果 :通痹灵组CIA大鼠滑膜组织的炎性细胞浸润、纤维组织增生和巨噬样A型细胞明显受抑制。四种细胞病理改变的总积分与造模组比较有非常显著的差异。结论 :通痹灵治疗类风湿性关节炎的机理可能与抑制炎性细胞浸润、纤维组织增生和巨噬样A型细胞增生有关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Tongbiling and Tripterygium wifordii hook and sinomenine on pathology of synovial tissue in experimental arthritis rats. Methods: The inflammatory cell infiltration and fibroblast hyperplasia and synovial cell hyperplasia and macrophagia-like type A cell hyperplasia were assayed after synovial membrane was managed on pathological routine. Results: Tongbiling could inhibit inflammatory cell infiltration and fibroblast hyperplasia and macrophagia-like type A synovial cell hyperplasia of synovial membrane in experimental arthritis rats. Conclusion: The mechanism of curative effect of Tongbiling on arthritis concern with inhibiting the inflammatory cell infiltration and fibroblast hyperplasia and macrophagia-like type A synovial cell hyperplasia of synovial membrane.
