【摘要】 目的 :用博莱霉素 (BL M)、长春地辛 (VDS)、环磷酰胺 (CTX)、强的松 (Pred)联合治疗复发与难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (non- Hodgkin′s lymphoma,NHL )观察疗效与毒性。方法 :1 6例复发与难治性 NHL接受 BL M、VDS、CTX、Pred联合化疗 (BL M1 5 mg第 1天 ,第 8天 ;VDS 4 mg第 1天 ,第 8天 ;CTX0 .8g第 1天 ;Pred6 0 m g第 1天～第 7天 ) ,2 1天重复为一疗程 ,至少 2疗程以上。结果 :总有效率 6 2 .5 % (4例 CR,6例 PR) ,中位缓解期 7.9月。毒性反应主要是骨髓抑制 ,恶心呕吐 ,大多为 度 , 度。结论 :BL M、VDS、CTX、Pred联合化疗治疗复发与难治性 NHL较安全有效 ,且经济更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The current study was desigmed to observe the efficary and toxicity of bleomycin、vindesine、cyclophsphamide and prednisone combination therapy for relapsed and refractory non Hodgkin′s lymphoma.Methods:Bleomycin、vindesine、cyclophosphamide and prednisone combination therapy for 16 patients with relapsed and refractory non Hodgkin′s lymphoma.All patients received BLM 15 mg d 1,8 ;VDS 4 mg d 1,8 ;CTX 0.8 g d 1;pred 60 mg d 1～7 .Every 3 weeks one cycle,assessment was given after 2 cycles.Results:Overall response rate was given after was 62.5 %(4 CR and 6 PR)with a median duration of 7.9 months.The main toxicity was mild mylosuppression,vomiting.Conclusion:Bleomycin、vindesine、cyclophosphamide and prednisone combination thyrapy for relapsed and refractory non Hodgkin′s lymphoma is safe,response and economy.更多还原
