【摘要】 目的 :探讨 SAPO- 1/ Fas在急性白血病患者血浆浓度的变化及与化疗效果的相关性。方法 :用双抗体夹心 EL ISA法对 92例初诊的急性白血病进行血浆 SAPO- 1/ Fas浓度测定 ,并对其中 6 8例进行了化疗中、化疗后动态观察 ,同时设健康对照组。结果 :急性白血病患者血浆 SAPO- 1/Fas较正常对照组明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,化疗缓解者化疗中、化疗后 SAPO- 1/ Fas显著下降 ,而化疗未缓解者化疗中、化疗后 SAPO- 1/ Fas水平仍明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :血浆 SAPO- 1/ Fas浓度与急性白血病患者及其治疗效果有明显相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation of the serum levels of SAPO 1/Fas with the chemotherapeutic effect in acute leukemia patients.Methods:Samples were collected from 92 new cases with acute leukemia 68 of 92 received the chemotherapeutic therapy serum SAPO 1/Fas levels were measured by ELISA.Results:Pre treatment serum levels were significantly higher than the control′s ( P <0.01).After treatment the serum levels of the patients in remission got lower significantly.The serum levels of the patients in non remission were significantly higher than that of the control.Conclusion:The levels of serum SAPO 1/Fas in acute leukemia patients are significantly related to the chemotherapeutic efficiency.更多还原
