【Abstract】 Credit management has become an important component of update company inner management, but the effectiveness is not obvious by using available theories. From the angle of "Bounded Rationality", this article firstly analyzes the objective reasons which magnify the risk of credit, then in the light of existing problems, it also puts forward a pattern of credit management controlling and wish that pattern can enlighten the manager how to control the risk of credit effectively.更多还原
