【Abstract】 Known as the third resource of profits, mordem logistcs has become an important newly-developing industry which pulls the economic growth forcefully.Heilongjiang Province, one of three great commodity grain producing bases and the center of North East Economic Area, has a favrable prospective.Therefore, this article suggests that the mordem "great material goods transimission industry" for the purpose of enhancing the economic quality and comprehesive competing ability should be developed as a new economic growth point and supporting pillar industry.更多还原
