【摘要】 应用博弈论分析区域优惠政策与基础投资环境两因素对引进外资的影响。把FDI(外资)划分为高质量FDI和低质量FDI两种类型,进而分析上述两因素对引进FDI的影响。高质量FDI更倾向于良好的基础投资环境;而低质量FDI更看重区域优惠政策。区域政府应严格区分两种类型的FDI分别针对性地制定引进政策,使混同均衡变为分离均衡,这对我国西部大开发引进外资和东部地区的产业结构升级提供了很好的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 We apply the Game theory to the analysis of the impacts of two factors (regional favorable policies and Infrastructure Investing Environment) against FDI.We divide FDI into high-quality FDI and low-quality FDI, and then analysize the influence of the two factors on FDI. Finally, we draw a conclusion: High-quality FDI is preferable to Infrastructure Environment, while low-quality FDI is preferable to favorable policies.Our regional government should regulate policies respectively to absorb FDI in order to transform the pooling equilibrium into separating equilibrium. It provides practical suggestions for the absorbing of FDI in the west areas and the upgrading of Industrial structure in the east area.更多还原
