【Abstract】 With the coming of knowledge - based economy, many enterprise begin to realize that knowledge is the most valuable assets. Knowledge is not only the key element of production, but also an important means sthat enterprises aon-tinually keep competive advantages. At present, applied research of knowledge - based management is centralized by development and application of vanious KM saftware.
