【Abstract】 Through the analysis of MBO’s characteristics and the status of MBO applied to Chinese enterprises, the paper concludes that MBO, as a new method of property right reform, is worthwhile for Chinese enterprises to study and learn. The introduction of MBO should be based on complete knowledge and profound understanding of it. Independent director system, along with rational corporate governance, may serve as the best supplementation to gurantee the MBO’s perfection.更多还原
