【Abstract】 Traditional organizational structure has high efficiency on condition that the target is clear and steady, but the efficiency would be lowered when the target is varied. The steady environment which we had ever faced has disappeared because of the fast change of modern marketplace. In order to adapt to new conditions, we must reform the structure of enterprise because the circumstances which enterprises face have great changes.
