瘤胃微生物纤维素酶的研究与应用前景
Rumen Microbial Cellulase and Its Application Prospects
【摘要】 瘤胃是反刍动物复胃 (多室胃 )的组成部分之一。而瘤胃微生物则是指栖息在瘤胃中的微生物 ,主要包括细菌、真菌和原生动物。其中 ,瘤胃细菌和瘤胃真菌能分泌纤维素酶。纤维素酶是多组分复合酶 ,主要为内切型葡聚糖酶、外切型葡聚糖酶和 β-葡萄糖苷酶。由于瘤胃纤维素酶对纤维素有较强的降解能力 ,故瘤胃微生物纤维素酶在降解纤维素、开发新饲料、作为新式酶源和处理有机垃圾等方面有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Including bacteria, mycetes and protozoans, rumen microbes were all microbes that lived in the rumen which was one of important parl of ruminant stomaches. Rumen bacteria and rumen mycetes could generate cellulase which involved in endoglucanse, exoglucanse and beta glycosidase. As rumen cellulase demonstrated powerfully ability to degradate cellulose, rumen microbes cellulase had a broad application prospects, such as degradation cellulose, developing novel forage, becoming novel enzyme source and conducting organic refuse.
