陕西四个黄牛群体遗传变异的Shannon信息量分析
Shannon Entropy Analysis on Genetic Variation of four Yellow Cattle Populations in Shaanxi
【摘要】 应用群体遗传变异的相对 Shannon信息量指标体系 ,对陕西四个黄牛群体的遗传变异进行研究 ,结果表明 :四个群体的遗传变异主要由杂合体的连续存在所致 ,平利牛的总遗传变异最大 ,陕西北部黄牛群体总遗传变异最小。
【Abstract】 The genetic variation of four Yellow Cattle populations (Yellow Cattle in north Shaanxi,QinChuan,Xizhen,and Pingli cattle)were examined by applying relative Shannon entropy. The result indicated that the main reason of the four population’s genetic variation is the continuous exist of heterozygosity, Pingli cattle’s total genetic variation is the largest, the north Shaanxi cattle’s total variation is the smallest.
