【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of different extract technology of total flavones in choetospondias axillaries fructus on the content of microelements in five extracts.Methods:The content of microelements in five extracts was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results:The content of Zn and Se in the extract collected by 50% alcohol is higher than those in other extracts(17.09mg/ml or 5.83 mg/ml).Conclusion:There are obvious influence of different extract technology of total flavones in choetospondias axillaries fructus on the content of microelements.更多还原
