化学沉淀法处理高浓度氨氮稀土废水实验研究
Research on removing ammonia nitrogen in rare earth production wastewater
【摘要】 针对稀土冶炼废水中氨氮污染物浓度高的特点,选择化学沉淀法进行实验研究.当控制影响因素为:pH=9 .0 ,t=1.0h ,m(Mg)∶m(N)∶m(P) =1.3∶1.0∶1.1时 ,经三次化学沉淀 ,废水中氨氮浓度由原来的 130 31mg/L可降至 2 2 0mg/L ,化学沉淀去除率为 η =6 0 %~ 85 % ,为进一步研究降低氨氮浓度创造了条件 .
【Abstract】 Based on the high content of ammonia nitrogen in rear earth production wastewater,the chemistry-sediment method was used in the experiment.When the controlling effect factors were:pH=9.0,t=1.0 h,m(Mg)∶m(N)∶m(P)=1.3∶1.0∶1.1,the content of ammonia nitrogen was reduced from 13 031 mg/L to 220 mg/L after three time of chemical deposition.The remove rate is η=60%~85%,which is helpful for furthure study on reducing ammonia nitrogen content.
