炉墙厚度测量系统的设计和改进
The design and improvement on the device of thickness measurement for blast furnace brick
【摘要】 QHCZ型炉墙厚度测量技术能对高炉炉墙进行在线、连续测量,且有结构简单、性能可靠和测量精度高的优点 .开发该项技术的主要工作是 :(1)超声传感器的设计 ;(2 )电路的设计 ;(3)软件工作 ;(4 )测量装置的标定 ;(5 )现场考核后的改进 .对用理论分析和实验室实验以及现场试验考核的方法 ,设计、开发炉墙厚度测量装置的研究改进工作做了介绍
【Abstract】 The design of the device of the on-line technology for measuring thickness of blast furnace includes the selecting of bread-and-butter sensor,the designing of circuit,the demarcating set.The methods based on theoretical analysis,lab experiments,production locale,and the improvement on the device of thickness measurement for blast furnace are introduced.
