【摘要】 目的 :探索一种新的表皮角朊细胞 (角蛋白细胞 ,KCs)的培养方法。方法 :应用含有新生牛血清并附加多种调节因子的 DMEM- F1 2培养基 ,对大鼠表皮 KCs进行无滋养层法培养。结果 :大部分 KCs在接种后 36h贴壁 ,并有集落形成。培养至第 9天 ,细胞接近铺满单层。结论 :采用无滋养层法培养大鼠 KCs不仅可行 ,而且具有细胞成活率高、避免滋养层细胞影响等优点。为构建组织工程人工皮肤提供了理想的种子细胞更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research a new culture method of keratinocytes (KCs). Methods: KCs from rat were cultured with non trophoblast method in serum medium containing some regulation factors. Results:KCs attached and showed colonies at 36 h after inoculated. The KCs proliferated to form a full layer 9 days later. Conclusion:The non trophoblast culture method of KCs could obtain higher viability rat and avoid untoward effect of trophoblast. It would provide a good cell source for skin tissue engineering.更多还原
