【摘要】 目的 :证实胎盘组织表达造血相关因子及胎盘与造血之间的相关性。方法 :通过 RT- PCR方法检测胎盘组织中造血相关因子的表达情况。结果 :胎盘组织中表达 SCF、FL、GM- CSF、G- CSF、M- CSF及 IL- 6等多种造血相关因子 ,证实了胎盘表达分泌造血相关因子。结论 :证实了胎盘组织与造血之间的相关性 ,为进一步研究胎盘组织在脐血造血支持和促进移植方面奠定基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine directly secreting hematopoietic growth factor secreted from placental tissue. Methods:By using RT PCR method,the expression of hematopoietic growth factor in placenta was assessed. Results:Many kinds of hematopoietic growth factors were expressed in placental tissue,including SCF,FL,GM CSF,G CSF,M CSF and IL 6,directly indicating that placenta secrete many kinds of hematopoietic growth factors. Conclusion:From the results in the study,it suggests that placenta is associated with hematopoiesis,and may provide theoretical supporting for umbilicol cord blood transplantation with placental tissue.
