氟保护漆和氟化钠增强乳牙抗龋性的电镜观察

【摘要】 目的 :观察氟保护漆和氟化钠的抗龋效果。方法 :选择离体乳前牙 1 2颗 ,分别采用氟保护漆涂布和 2 %氟化钠溶液浸泡 2 4 h,经乳酸脱矿液处理后 ,用扫描电镜观察釉质表面超微结构。结果 :涂氟保护漆组电镜下釉质完好无破坏 ,与正常乳牙釉质类似。氟化钠组和空白对照组电镜下显示明显的牙釉质人工龋 ,且空白对照组重于氟化钠组。结论 :氟保护漆具有较强的抗酸性 ,尤其适用于乳牙的龋病预防

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the anti caries effect of Sodium fluoride and fluor protector. Methods:12 extracted deciduous anterior teeth were selected.Part of them were smeared with fluor protector and the others were soaked in 2% sodium fluoride for 24 hours. Then they were decalcified in lactic acid. The ultrastructure of the enamel with scanning electron microscope (SEM) were observed. Results:The enamel in the fluor protector group was as complete as normal enamel. The sodium fluoride group and the control group showed clear artificial enamel caries, and the latter was more severe than the former. Conclusion: Fluor protector has strong effect of anti acidity, especially in the prevention of deciduous caries.
