热压烧结工艺制备Ti2AlC/Ti3AlC2陶瓷材料

【摘要】 以Ti,Al,C为原料 ,采用热压工艺制备出相组成为Ti2 AlC/Ti3AlC2 块体材料 ,合成材料的X 射线衍射和扫描电镜 (SEM)分析的结果表明 :当烧结温度为 1 40 0℃时 ,材料中的主晶相为Ti2 AlC ,大小为 1 0 μm的板状多晶体 ;而在 1 5 0 0℃的温度下烧结所得材料的主晶相为Ti3AlC2 ,其板状多晶体的晶粒尺寸平均约为 2 0 μm。

【Abstract】 Bulk Ti 2AlC/Ti 3AlC 2 materials were synthesized by hot pressing the powder mixture of Ti Al and active carbon.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used for phase identification and microscopic evaluation.the results showed that the main phase in the product was Ti 2AlC when sintered at 1400℃.However,the main phase transformed to Ti 3AlC 2 when the sintering temperature reached 1500℃.Both of Ti 2AlC and Ti 3AlC 2 were in plate shape,the average size of Ti 2AlC obtained at 1400℃ was 10μm,while that of Ti 3AlC 2 formed at 1500℃ was about 20μm.
