不同生育期水分胁迫对玉米叶片CAT和MDA的影响

【摘要】 在不同生育期用中度水分胁迫处理2个不同的玉米品种,处理后不同玉米品种叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降,体内相对含水量(RWC)都表现出类似的降低趋势,相反膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量表现类似的上升趋势。不同时期的水分胁迫结果表明,在玉米前期进行干旱胁迫,对玉米叶片相对含水量影响不大,而在玉米吐丝期进行水分胁迫,对玉米叶片RWC影响很大,在苗期,大喇叭口期,吐丝期和灌浆期分别持续7d水分胁迫而后复水直至植株成熟的条件下对RWC和CAT影响最大,这两项指标都达到最低值。

【Abstract】 Two maize varieties seedlings (ZHONGDAN 9409 and BEINONG 201) were treated with moderate water stress. CAT activity, MDA and RWC of the maize seedling leaves were observed . The results showed that CAT and RWC of both maize varieties seedling leaves were declined, MDA content of the leaves were increased after suffered water stress at different growth stage. There were a few effects on the RWC of the maize leaves if the seedlings were treated with water stress during the early growth stage. RWC of the seedling leaves declined after treating the seedling with water stress during earing stage. A severe effect of water stress on RWC and CAT took place if the seedling treated with drought for 7d than resume providing water to the seedling continually on the seedling stage,megaphone stage, earing stage and grouting stage, the observed value declined to the low water mark of the RWC and CAT in both maize varieties seedling leaves.
