水分胁迫对小麦叶绿体膜脂过氧化的影响
Effect of Water Stress on Membrane Lipid Peroxidation of Chloroplast from Wheat
【摘要】 小麦幼苗在 - 0 2MPaPEG根际渗透胁迫 2 4h后 ,分离叶绿体的MDA含量升高、SOD活性增加。类囊体膜脂肪酸组分中亚麻酸含量显著降低 ,脂肪酸不饱和指数下降 ,磷脂组分中PG含量大幅度降低。同时 ,叶绿体内和类囊体膜联结的LOX活性升高 ,表明水分胁迫对小麦叶绿体膜的损伤与自由基导致的膜脂过氧化和LOX导致的酶促氧化有关
【Abstract】 After osmotic stress for young wheat seedling roots grown under -0.2MPa PEG were carried out for 24h, it was observed that the malondialdehyde contents from isolated chloroplast as well as activity of superoxide dismutase increased. Among the fatty acid components of thylakoid membrane, linolenic acid and PG contents from phospholipid decreased significiently, and unsaturated fatty acid index also inclined. The increasing of LOX activity in chloroplast and thylakoid membrane showed that there were correlative relationships among wheat chloroplast membrane damage under condition of water stress, membrane lipid peroxidation caused by free radicals, and oxide reaction caused by LOX.
