【Abstract】 In this paper, the Ni-W-D/SHS TiB2 composite coating was prepared by rubbing plating successfully. It is the first time to induce SHS TiB2 particles into the rubbing plated coating. The equipment, procedures used and properties of the coating are studied. The results show that the composite coating is compact and successive, and it bonds closely together with the basement and hasn’t obvious cracks. The induction of SHS TiB2 particles can improve the wear resistance of the Ni-W-D rubbing plated coating effectively. As a result, the Ni-W-D/SHS TiB2 composite coating has been recommended for lengthening the life of a component or repairing the worn components.更多还原
