稀土铈对于碱性电镀锌层耐蚀性的影响
Influences of Cerium on Corrosion Resistance of Zinc Electroplating Coating in Alkaline Environment
【摘要】 研究了稀土元素铈在碱性镀锌中的应用。试验研究了不同工艺条件的含铈镀层 ,优化了工艺条件 ;检测了当镀液中含有铈元素时 ,镀层耐蚀性的变化情况 ;利用电子探针及X射线衍射分析了含铈的试样 ,测定了铈进入镀层的含量 ,剖析了铈存在的作用及其对镀层的耐蚀性影响的原因。
【Abstract】 The influences of cerium on corrosion resistance of electroplating zinc coating are studied. The corrosion resistance of layer increases three times with cerium in the solution. The results of electron microprobe analysis and X-ray diffraction testing indicate that the layer without cerium influences the orientation effect of crystallographic plane and increases the corrosion resistance. The electroplating bath is simple and easy to maintent.
