【Abstract】 The numerical methods for data processing of ellipsometer are introduced in detail in this paper. The thickness (d) and refractive index (n) of monolayer transparent films on various substrates are obtained from polarizer angles P and A, accurately and fleetly, via the software programmed by Borland C++ Builder 5.0.更多还原
