表面处理对亲水铝箔持续亲水性的影响

【摘要】 通过测定水洗200h后,水滴在亲水铝箔表面接触角的方法来确定脱脂和铬化对亲水铝箔持续亲水性的影响。发现只要清洗彻底,则持续亲水性与脱脂剂的种类无关。铬化对持续亲水性的影响很大,用磷酸铬酸盐法处理的铝箔,其持续亲水性比用铬酸盐法处理的要好。用磷酸铬酸盐法于30℃,将铝箔处理3min,最后涂布亲水涂层得到的亲水铝箔,其持续亲水性最佳,水冲200h后,接触角为9~11°。

【Abstract】 By testing the contact angle of water drop on the surface of the hydrophilic aluminium foil which has been deposited in flowing water for 200 hours, the influences of degreasing and chromate treating process on its protracted hydrophilicity are described . It is found that the protracted hydrophilicity is independent on the sort of the degreaser if it can remove oil and soil from the aluminium’s surface completely and the chromate treating process influence the protracted hydrophilicity greatly.With respect to protracted hydrophilicity,the aluminium which is treated by the chromate-phosphate process is better than that by the chromate process. When the former is used to treat the alumininm foil, the optimum temperature is 30℃ and the optimum time is 3min.
