【摘要】 针对现行国家标准和美国标准中涂层附着力测试方法所存在的难以定量评价新型高分子改性树脂涂层附着力问题,研究并开发了多功能高分子涂层测试仪。并用该仪器对常用的4种热固性树脂涂层和两种复合涂层的结合能进行测定。结果表明,用该仪器能定量表征出各类高分子涂层附着力的差异。并可根据加载量确定涂层的硬度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current methods for measuring adhesion strength of coatings can not adequately indicate the difference of many thermosetting resin coatings. Based on the mechanism of adhesion at interface, we developed an apparatus for measuring adhesion strngth of polymeric coatings and films. According to the value of loading we canestimate the coating hardness and toughness. This equipment can be used in paints industry with a great prospect. It can also be used for other films.更多还原
