【Abstract】 A formulation free of CuSO4 was proposed with which a brass sample was blacked at room temperatures. The blackening layer thus obtained was compared to various blackening layers made by different systems showing that this formulation has a lower cost. The blackened surface of brass displayed an excellent color and a much stronger adhesive strength to the substrate.更多还原
