【Abstract】 Arsenic sulphide films were prepared on the slide glass substrates by spin-coating method,then the samples were annealed for different time and at different temperatures respectively. At last, the relationship between the optical properties of the samples and the annealing technology was discussed and the relationship of the refractive index of the film to depth of the film and wavelength was explained.更多还原
