【摘要】 建立了浮法玻璃生产中锡槽工艺参数数据库 ,利用回归分析及经验数据研究了玻璃拉引速度同玻璃厚度之间以及各拉边机速度之间的关系 ,给出了拟合曲线及方程。结果表明 ,用回归分析可以对经验数据进行优化 ,并且优化结果可以大大简化浮法玻璃生产的操作过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 A database of tin bath experimental technological parameters in float glass production was established. The relationship between glass drawing speed and glass thickness as well as the relationship between the speed of different edge rollers were studied by using regression analysis and experimental data. Fitting curves and formulas were also given .The result shows that experimental data can be optimized by regression analysis and the float glass production may be considerably simplified by the result.更多还原
