抗菌搪瓷及其性能的研究

【摘要】 在搪瓷面釉中引入磷酸银抗菌剂,研制出了抗菌搪瓷。在确定了抗菌搪瓷的底釉和面釉的配方及其烧成温度制度的基础上,主要研究了烧成温度对银挥发量的影响,并对在不同的烧成温度下,Ag+在釉层中的径向分布情况进行了分析。结果表明:制备抗菌搪瓷时,在面釉中加入1.5%Ag3PO4、烧成温度为940℃时即获得良好的抗菌效果、釉面质量及抗菌耐久性。

【Abstract】 By adding silver phosphate as antibacterial into the coat glaze of enamel, the authors have prepared the antibacterial enamel. On the basis of defining both the ground/coat glaze and the temperature-firing process of antibacterial enamel, the chief aim of the present work is to investigate temperature-firing influences on silver volatilization, and then analyze the silver distribution over deepness in the glaze in different firing temperature. The results of the experiment indicate that it contributes to achieve the better antibacterial effect, improve the glaze quality and the antibacterial durability when 1.5% silver phosphate is added in the coat glaze and the firing temperature is controlled at about 940 ℃ during preparing the antibacterial enamel.
