【摘要】 日本私立高等教育的发展相当成熟,涌现出了许多世界著名的私立大学。与日本相比,我国私立高等教育的发展显得极为落后。也正因如此,笔者就日本私立高等教育的发展做一回顾,从中得出日本私立高等教育发展中的许多做法都值得我们参考和借鉴。私立高校的立法、政府对私立大学的扶持、高等教育多种功能的拓展、形式多样的招生考试制度、对教育质量下降的应对等都给我们发展私立高等教育以启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japanese private higher education has developed very well and so many private colleges and universities are famous all over the world.Compared with Japan,Chinese private higher education need to be developed greatly.This paper,through a review of the development of Japanese private higher education,concludes that many of the practices conducted by Japanese private educational institutions are useful to us.For example,their governmental legislation of private higher education and the governmental substantial support for private colleges and universities;and their expansion of multi-functions of higher education,the diversities of their enrollment system,and their countermeasures for the educational quality descending etc.更多还原
