【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective way of diagnosis and treatment of chylous ascites and improve the outcome of patients who suffer from this rare disorders. Methods Clinical data was summarized on 10 cases of chylous ascites. Results The period of follow-up was 6 months to 8 years, clinical symptoms of 9 cases in 10 patients was disappeared. Conclusions Treatment of chylous ascites should be based on its causes. The prognosis of chylous ascites is good in general.更多还原
